How it works
Policy documents, union contracts, workshop notes, spreadsheets or emails. Tym reads them as they are.
Tym breaks everything into single requirements, grouped by type: break rules, holidays, overtime and more. Your SMEs approve each one.
Every requirement is quality-checked. Tym flags anything missing, conflicting or out of line with labor law before it reaches the build.
Approved requirements become the Master Build list, organized by building block. Then Tym checks the build against them for accuracy.
Tym generates WFM-specific, detailed test cases that can be executed directly within Tym or exported to external applications such as OpenProject, Test Assure or Excel. Tym also creates Jira and Confluence import files, so testing and project tracking pick up right where the build leaves off.
